CYS offers competitive salaries and excellent company benefits

- Vacation: Earned at 8 hrs. per month (increased in
five-year increments).
- Sick Leave: Earned at 4 hrs. per month.
- Holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas.
- Medical: CYS pays 100% employee premiums. After 3 years with CYS,
50% dependent premiums paid by CYS.
- Dental: CYS pays 100% employee premiums. After 3 years with CYS,
50% dependent premiums paid by CYS.
- Life Insurance: $100,000/employee; $5,000 dependents.
- Long-Term Disability: Premiums paid by CYS; policy pays 70% of salary starting 60 days
after disability.
