Established in 1963 by Eugene Cole and Jimmie Yee, Carl Schubert joined the firm in 1964, forming the foundation for today’s CYS Structural Engineers, Inc.   This partnership has developed into one of the major consulting structural engineering firms in Northern California and a foremost specialist in seismic engineering design.
