CYS was retained as the engineer-of-record for this three-story, 62,000 sq. ft. building to be used for cancer treatment, clinics, diagnosis, research and offices. The building includes a large auditorium for conferences. Construction consists of steel ductile moment resisting frame, lightweight concrete on metal deck and precast concrete exterior. A mechanical penthouse and basement are also included in the building.
