CYS offers competitive salaries and excellent company benefits including:

  • Vacation: Earned at 8 hrs. per month (increased in five-year increments).
  • Sick Leave: Earned at 1 hour per every 30 hours worked, capped at 240 hours.
  • Holidays: New Years Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas.
  • Medical: CYS pays 100% employee premium for base plan and a supplemental plan.   After 3 years with CYS, 50% dependent premiums are paid by CYS.
  • Dental: CYS pays 100% employee premium. After 3 years with CYS, 50% dependent premiums are paid by CYS.
  • Life Insurance: $100,000/Employee; $150,000 Management; $5,000 dependents.
  • Long-Term Disability: Premiums paid by CYS; policy pays 70% of salary starting 60 days after disability.
  • 401K/Profit Sharing:  CYS matches 100% of  employee’s salary deferrals up to 4% of compensation.   Additionally, the Company may make a profit sharing contribution of up to 5% of employee salary at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
