The Sacramento Municipal Utility District-Hedge Training Facility is a new single-story, steel- framed office and classroom building. In addition to the office and classroom building, the project scope included the addition of a pre-engineered metal building with a gantry crane for which CYS designed the structural concrete spread footing foundation. The approximate square footage of the project is 16,000 SF.
