The Stockton Boulevard Site Utility and Infrastructure Improvements consisted of the addition of a pre-engineered metal building to house utilities to feed the future build-out of research labs. The CYS scope included the foundation design of the pre-engineered metal building, the support and anchorage of all internal floor and roof suspended equipment, pipes and conduits, the design of a utility bridge to carry the utilities above a loading dock into an existing building and the design of a steel security fence.
