CYS has been providing independent plan review services to the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) since the agency’s inception, for compliance with the California Building Standards Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations (CCR); Code Application Notice(s) (CAN) and Polity Intent Notices (PIN) in the construction of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
