CYS provided the structural engineering for this new single-story building with an area of approximately 40,679 SF and additional space requirements of 2,713 SF including conversion of two patient cells to respiratory isolation cells with sub-utility rooms; new clinical laboratory, new observation room, nurses’ station and medication room with trauma room; new dental operatory and dentist’s office.
